Vegan Alkaline Power Smoothie

This is will keep me full for a few hours. 

 Ingredients:

  • 3 bananas
  • Flaxseed 1 tsp 
  • Hempseed tbsp
  • Chia seed 1 tsp
  • One medjool date 
  • Moringa green powder 1 tsp 
  • Blueberries 1/2 cup
  • Arugula 1/2 cup
  • Spring water 
  • 1-2 ice cubes

Adjust to taste. Blend. Serve.
